In this Newsletter Dr. Lee discussed current and emerging topics and issues concerning evaluation and management of water quality impacts of urban, highway, and rural/agricultural stormwater runoff and related topics. The monthly/bi-monthly issues were distributed at no cost to the approximately 8,000 professional and interested lay community subscribers between 1998 and 2011.
